Frances loves real estate. For the past 20 years she has
helping both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Frances
is always happy to help family and friends seeking her advice. Take
Aung Thinn for example. After working for 20 years in the US, he

the knowledge nor the courage to take the steps to own a home. He also

Frances herself searched for homes that fit his needs and that he

agents to check those homes until he found the home that he and his
wife really liked. Frances helped him understand the purchase offer,

Frances patiently listens and shares her knowledge when asked

huge rent increases every year. She encouraged her son and his wife to

agents in their search for a condo that they liked and could afford.

Frances herself is an investor in real estate. Having done buying
and selling homes for her own investments, she understands the desires
