This familial background paved the way for Tinarsha's own astute real estate investments. Following a successful career in banking, sales, and high-tech, Tinarsha established an impressive track record of accomplishments. 

Unsurprisingly, Tinarsha was awarded "Rookie of the Year" at Coldwell Banker in Sunnyvale in 2002 and later became the top listing agent in October 2003. Her achievements continued with a top-ten agent recognition at Intero in July 2005, July 2006, December 2006, and February 2007, earning her a place in the Intero Real Estate Top 10% Executive Circle.

Tinarsha's commitment to her clients is unwavering, as she tirelessly pursues their best interests in every transaction. Known as "The Closer" among her peers, her singular focus is to secure top dollar for her clients' listings and promptly place motivated buyers into homes they can afford and love.
