I am proud to hold a broker’s license in both California and Tennessee, and I have also specialized in industrial land acquisitions nationwide, further expanding my depth of knowledge and market perspective.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I have been happily married for nearly 40 years and am grateful for my three wonderful children, their spouses, and seven cherished grandchildren. I am also a certified fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience and enjoy staying active. In my free time, I have a passion for the outdoors, the arts, and giving back through community involvement and volunteer work.
