First, let me tell you a bit more about me. Before being a Realtor, I worked with a Private

Investor who at the time had a portfolio of 120+ mostly single-family residential with four

being 4-unit apartments. I have experience working as a property manager/ maintenance/

and being in direct contact with tenants and more... Needless to say, I have put in a few miles

and gained a bunch of gray hair for receiving such experience. The experience has been

invaluable and really makes a different assisting my clients with their real estate goals.

While my background experience is mostly in single-family residential, I have a Great network

of Colleagues and a well-respected Brokerage in California & Kentucky to bring you residential

and commercial deals.

Besides an investor's point of view, Northern California has a lot more to offer. San Francisco

Bay Area is known for its culture.
