Jason has a passion for everything real estate, whether it be condos, large apartment complexes or business opportunities. He purchased his first property at the age of 21 after studying History at San Jose State University. Furthering his knowledge base, he decided to enter the Real Estate Practice program taught by Intero Real Estate Services founder Gino Belafari. The program cemented his calling into the real estate industry.
Since being licensed in 2003, Jason has been part of over 100 transactions. The experience has taught him how to navigate through complex transactions and find real answers. During the lean years of 2008-2010, he honed his negotiation skills working directly with the Big Banks helping homeowners to negotiate out of exotic loans meant for investors. The persistence learned has been ingrained in Jason's business plan. During the downturn he managed to purchase an 18-unit Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, licensed for 15 residents. The property needed a ground up rehabilitation and had to be re-licensed. Jason built a team to insure the property operated efficiently and insured high returns for investors. He has found that the RCFE Industry is great business opportunity and feels it will only get better
