Shampy Prakash has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and more importantly has a life long value system of helping others fulfill their financial goals. She realizes Real Estate as being an important tool towards meeting that goal. Shampy recently resigned as Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank to pursue her passion to fulfill her clients’ aspirations in the ever growing Commercial Real Estate Industry.

As a Banker, going beyond what her role entailed came naturally. A testament of that is her being honored with the Golden Spoke awards at Wells Fargo for 2 consecutive years in 2019 and 2020, an award that was instituted in the year 2019 to recognize top 2% performers across the US.

Shampy has a Masters in Computer Applications and uses her knowledge to provide her clients with complete financial analysis of their investment portfolio. In the past, she has organized educational seminars where she brings in Commercial RE Brokers, RE Attorneys, CPAs and Commercial lenders to educate her clients how to diversify into Commercial Real Estate.

Using her knowledge and her broker/developer network, she walks her clients from Start to Finish in successfully creating their Commercial RE investment portfolios. She has managed a book of an aggregate $250+ million. Her clients include CEOs of public limited companies, executives of top Silicon Valley companies, successful entrepreneurs, VCs, Bay Area government officials.

Shampy maintains a strong tie with the Indian Community in the Bay Area. She actively participates in a lot of community events working closely with the organizers.
