Mindy understands soup to nuts when it comes to commercial real estate. Over the tenure of her career, she has worked for the state in entitlements and sales, as a developer for ground up developments in San Francisco and for a Fortune 500 Company managing TI construction projects in the Bay Area. In addition to her experience, she has a Masters from USC in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. She truly understands what her clients are going through when they are purchasing, selling, or leasing a property.

Mindy specializes in distressed assets whether that is the physical building, the location or something in between. Her extensive work experience as well as her unrivaled local knowledge obtained as a 4^th generation Bay Area Native helps her to provide her clients tremendous insight, while navigating any hurdles that might come their way. Mindy’s passion for helping people and the built environment help her clients create and maximize value in all their property endeavors.

When not working with clients, Mindy enjoys water polo, woodworking, and exploring new parts of the Bay Area with her friends and family. Mindy loves real estate and manages and develops her own properties.
