Michael Malliarys is a Bay Area native with experience with both commercial and residential real estate. He attended the University of California at San Diego where he earned his Bachelors Degree in International Relations and a minor in Russian and Soviet Studies. He also attended and completed Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He has been a licensed realtor since 2013 and started his real estate career at J. Rockcliff Realtors in Walnut Creek helping residential real estate buyers and sellers as well as clients working with investment properties. However, he has managed multi-family properties throughout his career.
He has continued his career at Intero Commercial by focusing entirely on commercial real estate sales, the land entitlement process, and project management. He has been involved with residential investment property management throughout most of his adult life helping with properties both large and small. He has also worked with companies in other capacities and has a strong background in project management. He is good at working with people from a variety of backgrounds, a strong leader, and is an excellent problem solver. Michael loves a challenge and always looks for great opportunities for his clients and creative ways to improve on any situation for them.
