Jas was raised in London, United Kingdom and emigrated to the USA in 1989. She has been a resident of the Bay Area ever since and has always lived in Union City. Jas has been a CA State Real Estate Licensee since 1992 but started practicing real estate in 1999. Prior to that, Jas’ career has included property management, loan processing, and risk management at a major bank, thus she has always been involved in the world of real estate in one form or another.

Jas is a member of the Bay East Association of Realtors (BEAR) and is proud to be the recipient of many achievement awards in the industry. Her area of focus is the Tri-City (Fremont, Newark, Union City) and extending out to Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore. Jas really enjoys working with her clientele family in helping them achieve their dreams of home ownership. Jas patiently listens to her clients' needs to find them the home THEY want and not what she wants them to buy. Jas is a master at finding the best values in the marketplace; she has become an effective, expert negotiator, offering skillful support to clients all the way through the escrow process.
