Gabe Melendres was born and raised in the East Bay Area and currently lives in San Ramon.  He is a dedicated husband and a father of two children and has strong family values of love, faith, friendship, integrity, dedication, working hard and working smart.  His passion shows in his work, and his mission is to help others achieve in their dreams of homeownership and to achieve financial success.

Gabe has 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a strong background in new home sales.   He has worked for several local and national builders including America’s top luxury homebuilder.  As a specialist in new homes, Gabe has helped thousands of customers in their journey to purchase a new construction home within developments throughout California and in the Bay Area.

Gabe has thrived well in buyers and sellers markets.  During the housing recession toughest housing market in 2008, Gabe was able to be a top producer nationwide for one of the nation’s leading builders.  He utilized skillful techniques to build value, create urgency and used solid communication and negotiation skills to get deals done.  As a result he earned top associate nationwide during the recession in 2008, in hardest real estate market.

During the hottest selling markets, Gabe also thrived.  In 2004-2006 Gabe was able to start and sell three new home communities ahead of schedule for top dollar.  In recent years, in a competitive buyers market he has helped hundreds of people identify where to buy and have helped many customers successfully acquire their dream home.

When it comes to financing a home purchase, Gabe has the knowledge and experience in helping others.  He has three years of experience in originating home loans.  He has helped first time homebuyers, and experienced homebuyers with understanding their options.  He has close ties with trusted lenders in the industry to help customers get prepared for their home purchase.

When it comes to investing in properties, Gabe has had experience first hand with investing in real estate and acquired his first home at a young age.  Since then, he has been a firm believer in investing and owning Real Estate, and his goal is to help as many people as possible including YOU, and to have fun while doing it!
