Before becoming a Realtor, I became a homeowner and as a first time homeowner the experience of going through the home buying process is one that I’ll never forget – understanding each step, the paperwork, working with lenders – and I know that having an honest, reliable, compassionate and diligent Realtor by your side can completely change your home buying and selling experience from frustrating and stressful to simply great. My name is Shrenik Shah and as your Realtor, my goal is to ensure that my clients receive the best treatment and experience in their home buying and selling endeavors and that their interests are always protected throughout this process. I carefully listen to my client’s needs to be able to provide the best service for them. I always communicate information/next steps in a timely manner to guarantee that their buying/selling experience is as efficient and as positive as possible.

I am a Bay Area native and having lived here my whole life. I am also a licensed Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) with 10+ years in the construction industry and I use my engineering knowledge to provide my professional opinion to my clients as they consider other aspects such as remodeling, renovations, and modifications to a property that they are looking to buy or sell. In addition, my strong network of services allows me to easily provide the resources my clients need to achieve their real estate dreams.

Outside of my passion for real estate, you can find me always engaging in physical/outdoor activities – whether it is playing a variety or sports (basketball, tennis, ultimate Frisbee), going on a long hiking adventure in the Marin headlands, or enjoying a local bike ride through all familiar neighborhoods. I enjoy listening and singing along to music. My interests and passions fuel me and I bring that same positive, enthusiastic energy in working with my clients.
